- You may return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt, provided that it has not been used, is clean, without damage and/or defects from use and is in its original packaging . Goods that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
The merchandise may be returned by post to the address below, accompanied by the delivery note. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- When and how will my returned merchandise be refunded?
After receiving the merchandise, the Oxitocinas team checks the return and decides whether it is in perfect condition and whether a credit can be issued. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen initially, once the return has arrived at the Association and has been verified.
If the payment method chosen at the time of ordering is no longer available (whether TWINT, credit card or other), the customer will be refunded the amount of the payment returned in the form of a digital gift card.
Depending on the circumstances, the return may take between 2 to 20 days.
